No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing, farming or any other behavior that is frowned upon. What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
Normally we will respond as if /DND when another player sends you a tell, however if a GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them. Do I keep the money & items gained while you train my character?
Of course! You retain all gold and loots during the power leveling. In additional, you will typically gain good equipments and substantial game money. We will sell useless items(like gray and bad green items) to vendors, put good ones(like rare or epic or good green gears)in bank. After I pay, When do you start to level?
Normally, we start leveling within 30m after receiving your oder. Sometimes our departments can get full and it may take longer for your order to start.In this condition,we`ll inform you at once and let you know the waiting time. What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?

The Paypal verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your Paypal account, you have the option to acquire verified status by completing a process through your bank. PayPal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your PayPal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. You must include your character's name, server and faction to avoid unnecessary delays. We will not be able to deliver anything without your character's name. How long does it take for me to get the gold after I have made the payment?
Most orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Some orders maybe require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 2 hours of the time you placed your order, please write to us. We have staff processing orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For payments other than Paypal / Credit cards, we will only process your orders when payment clears. How are you going to transfer the gold I bought to my character?
Gold you ordered will be transfered to your character via in-game mailing system. Gold will arrive at your mailbox almost instantly . Where do I add my informations when I place my order of powerleveling and what information should be included?
you can add your information in the comment form, and the information include account/password/character name/country/realm. IF you have any other requirements, please leave them in the comments form, we will try best to meet all your demands. How about the safety of my account information if I placed an order?
We have a series of measures to keep your account information absolutely safe all the time. The only person who can access your account is our powerleveling expert who has been professionally trained and will never talk with other game characters or reveal your privacy during the powerleveling. Once the powerleveling is completed, we will give you an E-mail to advice you to check and change your password for your own security.
